Α. SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. Shipping method and cost

Orders within Greece are not charged with shipping costs or cash on delivery costs, if it is over € 60.00. For orders up to € 60.00 the shipping costs are € 5.00. The courier company we work with is the General Post Office and the ELTA Courier which have the largest distribution network in Greece and the greatest reliability. In the rare case that the area where you live is not served by the network of one of the two, Sportifs.gr will send you your order in an alternative way, without any additional charge in addition to the above. You can also suggest us a transport of your choice, with financial burden and delivery days that you will negotiate.

2. Delivery time of the order

All orders are sent by our company the next working day (Monday to Friday), from the day you placed your order. Orders within Attica and in large urban centers are delivered in 1-2 working days, while in the rest of Greece they are delivered in 2-3 working days. Delivery time is not specific and takes place between 10:00 to 18:00 in most areas of Greece.

If you wish a specific delivery time, you will be charged with the additional costs determined by the General Post Office or the ELTA Courier. Appointments with a time limit of two hours or more are free of charge.

Deliveries are not made on weekends and holidays. However, if you wish delivery on Saturday, you will be charged the additional costs set by the cooperating transport company.

3. Free Delivery (Ioannina)

When completing your order, you can choose its free distribution, as long as your address belongs to the wider area of Ioannina. In this case, the products you ordered will arrive at your door through local partners who undertake the delivery of the parcels.

In case of change of order, which was completed in the above way, the wish of change is registered by telephone with the competent department and the product is returned in the same way. Your new product is sent by us through the cooperating courier with a charge of € 5.00, which corresponds to the shipping costs of the new product from us to you. The conditions of the following paragraph (B1) apply to the change of the original product.

Β. RETURNS OF PRODUCTS AND MONEY

1. Change / Replace products with other sizes or other products

You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt by the courier and request its replacement with another size or another product. We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the control of the deadline.

For returns within Greece you will be charged the amount of € 5.00.

Return conditions:

In any case, the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means:

  • Do not have any damage and their packaging should be the ones that normally accompany the product
  • To be in excellent condition with their factory packaging (box or jelly)
  • Be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.)

If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement, after first contacting our customer service department. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept the return.

The return process is simple and is always done by phone with us, at: 2651200522. In short, the change process is as follows: After contacting the customer service department, send us the product to be changed, by General Post or ELTA Courier, without any transportation costs. Upon receipt of the product and after the inspection, in order to verify that the above conditions are met, we send you the new product. The shipping cost of the new product is charged to you and is € 5.00. If you wish us to send it to you with your own cooperating transport company, you should know that our company does not bear the costs of transporting the parcel, as well as does not bear any responsibility for any longer delivery time than estimated by the cooperating courier company.

It is clarified that changes are always made to the purchase price of the product, with the extra charge listed above. If the new product you choose has a lower price than the one you return, you are entitled to a discount coupon equal to the difference that results. Refund for the above case is not possible.

2. Replacement of defective products or error

In cases where, with proven fault of Sportifs.gr, defective products were sold, of poor quality, damaged during transport, with poor packaging or an error was made in the execution of the order, in the pricing, in the shipment, etc., then Sportifs .gr assumes full responsibility for the replacement, the cost of return, as well as the costs of resending.

In order to determine if the product is defective, you should send us by email at [email protected] photos of the product, showing, in as much detail as possible, the problem, in order to be checked by the competent department of the company. If you send us the product, without following the above procedure, you are fully responsible for all shipping costs of the product, in addition to those that arise, as well as our company reserves the right to refuse to receive it. The terms of return remain the same as those mentioned above.

3. Refund due to:

a. Order cancellation before shipment.

It is possible to cancel your order before sending it by sending an e-mail to the email address [email protected] or by phone at 2651200522 daily (Monday - Friday: 09: 00-17: 00). In case the cancellation is made after the shipment of your order, you will be charged € 10.00, an amount that concerns the shipping costs (€ 5.00 for the shipment and € 5.00 for the return of the product).

b. Exercising the right of withdrawal

Upon receipt of the product you can exercise your right to withdraw, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product. It is clarified that in order to proceed with the return of a product, the conditions mentioned regarding the damage of the returned products, etc. must be met.

Within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it and get your money back. Refunds are always made at the original purchase price of the product, deducting € 10.00 relating to shipping costs (€ 5.00 for shipping and € 5.00 for returning the product). Your money will be deposited within 14 working days from the moment we receive the returned products and if they meet the conditions for returned products.

It is reminded that a refund is made only in case of use of the right of withdrawal. In case of exchange with another product of lower value, you are entitled to a discount coupon of value equal to the resulting difference.
In any case (including the change), if you choose any other way to return the product, except the General Post or ELTA Courier, you will be charged with the shipping costs of your order and the return of the product.

In case you refuse to receive your order, you will be charged in full the shipping costs which are € 10.00. Specifically € 5.00 for the shipment of your order and € 5.00 for its return.

c. Return of defective products

Within 30 calendar days from the day you received the product and if you find a manufacturing defect (see B2), you can claim your money back. Refunds are always made at the original purchase price of the product, without any additional financial burden. Your money will be deposited within 14 working days from the moment we receive the returned products and if they meet the conditions for returned products.

In any case, you must have preceded by telephone contact with Sportifs.gr at 2651200522, in order to register your request for a refund.

C. PAYMENT METHODS

1. Pay on delivery

Your order is sent to the address you choose when registering and is paid upon receipt. When the employee of the cooperating courier company comes to your place to deliver the parcel to you, you pay in cash the value of your order. It is clarified that you receive the parcel, as long as the package is not damaged or opened. Therefore, you are not allowed to open the parcel before it is picked up by the courier company employee.

2. Payment by Credit or Debit Card

You can use your credit card. The credit cards we currently support are Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Sportifs.gr has entered into an agreement with Piraeus Bank for the use of its system, in order to ensure the maximum possible level of security in your credit card transactions!

We would also like to know that Piraeus Bank uses one of the most modern security standards in the world, having integrated the AES256 encryption algorithm in the digital certificates of its websites. Therefore, in order to make a transaction using a credit card, your computer's operating system must not be any of the following:

  • Windows XP Service Pack 2 (and earlier)
  • Apple OS X 10.4 (and previous versions)
  • Windows Mobile 6.5.x (and earlier)

3. Payment by bank deposit
